Mark Halperin says John McCain is on a roll right now

Seriously. In the new Time mag now out, Halperin, who anoints a winner for each campaign week (his runs Wednesday-to-Wednesday), claims McCain had the upper hand on momentum, imaging, and tactics.

Given the recent polling, Halperin's conclusion seems very last Saturday to us.
