Halperin, too: Media hype partial Coach K quote, ignore praise for Obama

Now Mark Halperin is pushing Duke Coach Mike Krzyzewski's statement that President Obama should focus on the economy, not filling out college basketball brackets.  But as we noted this morning, Krzyzewski was smiling as he said it, and went on to say "I love the guy, and I think he's gonna be great" and "I love the fact that so many people are filling them out."

      Well, of course, because Halperin has said in the past that he thinks Drudge is brilliant and one of his heroes.

      I saw Obama filling it out- he commented on every selection, as if he KNEW (And I agree) what he was talking about. IMO, he called the picks right, until he had Pitt losing! At least HE won't lose his seat after THAT bad call!

      And at the end of the picking, the person (ESPN?) asked if the board was going to go on (I believe Air Force One) and Obama said 'No, I've (or 'we') have more important matters to attend to.
