Latinos make up 52% of the population in this country. They did not ask for a selection to press 2 for Spanish. In fact my mother who is Spanish is annoyed that she has to go through a call screening process for whatever corporation she needs to speak with. This video is insulting that it suggest (like most Fox viewers think) that Spanish people are lazy to learn the language of the country where they are the majority. If corporate America wants to be able to speak to all of its customers (who make up more than half of the population)then bring your grievance to them and save your racist video for the small minded people at Fox News who promote such racism.
Hispanics and Latinos make up about 15% of the U.S. population, in some parts of the country they constitute a majority. I agree with the rest of you post.
Obviously. Same with saying "Happy Holidays" in case a potential customer isn't Christian, or doesn't celebrate Christmas. But don't tell that to these knuckldraggers.
In many parts of the country Spanish was the primary language long before English arrived on the scene.
