      Call me crazy, but doesn't the energy company already keep track of how much energy each household consumes monthly? What is it called? A mill? No. Oh, a bill, that's right.

      The missing headline for those (like Tom Coburn) who are complaining that they won't be able to drive gas-guzzlers any more: Buy Now!! Stimulate the American Automobile Industry! They've got thousands and thousands of gas hogs on their lots; dealers are being shut down and left holding the bag with all that inventory -- get them now while they're cheap! Don't wait for those expensive new gas-sippers!
      If you ask me, this bill is a boon to the auto industry in terms of immediate stimulus. It should be marketed that way.
