Tucker Carlson calls comparison of Dr. Tiller to Nazis and al-Qaida "objectively true"

June 01, 2009 12:47 pm ET by Jamison Foser

This speaks for itself:

Anonymous: Over the past few years, Bill O'Reilly has made the following comments about Dr. Tiller:

- He "destroys fetuses for just about any reason right up until the birth date for $5,000."

- He's guilty of "Nazi stuff,"

- a moral equivalent to NAMBLA and al-Qaida

- "This is the kind of stuff that happened in Mao's China, Hitler's Germany, Stalin's Soviet Union"

- "operating a death mill"

- "has blood on his hands"

- "executing babies about to be born

Tucker, I'm not saying Billo wanted some kook to kill him, but isn't this playing with fire? Is there some quote by Olberman or any other liberal commentator that even comes close? Who has the craziest of the liberal left murdered lately?

Tucker Carlson: Every one of those descriptions of Tiller is objectively true. I sincerely think it's appalling that he was murdered. But Tiller was a monster, no doubt.

He's was Nazis, al-Qaida and NAMBLA? Together? At one time?

Yeah, this is objectively true. Yup, no hyperbole there.

Tucker doesn't even take the time to try to explain how this can be?

A monster? Carlson's trying to catch up with Limbaugh. That is to say something way out in left field, or in thier case right field, in order to fire up the base. In Carlson's case to establish a new base. Such as last week when Limbaugh stated 'the only way to get hired in the Obama Adm is to hate white people.'
I know some of listeners, and they just love this kind of crap.

Before the weeks out Carlson should make 'The Worst Person in the World.' Maybe tonight.

None of these guys give a DAMN that a DOCTOR was murdered. The equivocating they've done on this point or further proves the utter lack of charecter on their part. A DOCTOR was MURDERED. Pretty clear-cut, that. If you can't condemn THAT, the you deserve the hell you look forward to.

I thought Fox was going to keep quiet about this one. Maybe Tucker doesn't get Fox News e-mails. Tucker does not understand that performing abortions does not make you a monster. It has been legal in this country for almost 40 years. How long before Tucker appears as WND exclusive columnist. This guy is on an unstoppable downward spiral in the world of punditry.

Tucker takes the time to respond, but doesn't answer any of the questions.

I don't know what any of those things mean (well, except for the word "lethal"), but I assume they all refer to things that endanger the "health of the mother" (thank you John Mccain) or because the unborn child is already dead or lethally deformed. As opposed to, say, because the mother is feeling "depressed" (thank you Bill O'Reilly).

Jon Stewart was right when he called Carlson a “partisan hack”.

And now that Tucker has started working for Fox, he’s trying his hardest to fit right in with his new brainless buds.

I've been seen Tucker Carlson since his day's on CNN's Crossfire. He's a cowardly hypocrite. Like eating bad fish....seeing him always leads to nausea.

"Objectively" is a word that wingnuts seem to have a lot of trouble with, almost as much as they have with "literally".

They don't just miss it by a little, they get these words completely azzbackwards.

Mainstream media people like Carlson seem to be losing whatever grasp they may have ever had on the difference between fact and opinion. They're sinking as low as the dittoheads who post at this site showing the same confusion.

It seems as if any time I see the words "fact" or "objective", or phrases like "nobody can argue.." or "you must agree..", what's sure to follow is a very subjective opinion, usually based on propaganda or a religious doctrine.

Bill Press also appeared on Cross Fire with Tucker Carlson as a liberal adversary. Press now has a radio show which we get here here in LA very early in the morning (3 am). Pat Buchannon and Tucker Carlson are among those conservative guests he calls "my good friends". He allows these fools to chatter on unchallenged. Press also has weekly chats with John King, among other CNN stars and has a great affintiy for the Politico crowd. I guess Bill thinks they need more exposure on the left. Being an opportunist, Press loves to drop names and recount his experiences at elite Washington social functions. He likes to keep those invitations coming. He was extremely upset with Obama for refusing to have any Democratic primary debates on FOX where he's a regular pundit (that alone says alot about his character). It should be very interesting to hear what Mr. Press has to say about his "good friend" tomorrow.

Tucker Carlson, because at heart he's really not as extreme as some at Faux News, tried his best at MSNBC to create a new image of himself. Unfortunately for him, his real persona shown through far too much, and MSNBC cancelled his show both because it was getting horrendous ratings from the MSNBC audience, who couldn't stand listening to this Right-Wing goober, even if he was trying to couch his Right-Wing lunacy in politeness, and because the MSNBC management and other hosts couldn't take his idiocy either.

Shunned by MSNBC, he's now returned to Faux News, yet has recognized that his "Polite" form of Right-Wing lunacy won't play there now, since Faux News smaller audience is now primarily made up of nothing but the REAL RADICAL Right-Wing fringe wackos. So, he's flung off the politeness, and has jumped wholeheartedly into the Fire-Breathing rants of his fellow Faux News hosts and staffers, happy to say any outrageous thing to impress his fellow Nazis.

Sad, really, when you think about it. For while I can't stand him, I do recognize that he's one of those Right-Wingers who's actually internally ashamed at some of the things he at times, and especially people like Sean Insanity, Bill O'Lielly, and Rush Limpballs say.

The right really just throw random words they think negative at someone they hate don't they? They can say about the same person "a marxist, liberal, anarchist, fascist, satanist, terrorist, morally devoid atheist", and not see any flaw in their logic.

I'd like to hear Glenn Beck and Bill O'Reilly's answer to "Who has the craziest of the liberal left murdered lately?". They'd probably say something like "Well noone, they've got Obama in power to do things for them", and at the same time say "Well the liberal left wants everyone to live fine and get along, even pedophiles".

If Tucker believes that Tiller truly is a monster- a monster mind you, someone so despicably evil that they cannot even be deemed human, then how can Tucker think that Tillers murder is appalling? I mean, if this guy was running Nazi death camps for babies then shouldn't Tucker applaud this smiting of a wicked man?

      Tucker wants it both ways.
