In case you hadn't heard, nepotism is huge in DC. In fact, it means everything. You can be some low level state department employee one day and the next you can be the most prominent defender in the media of possibly our worst presedential administration. And it can all happen thanks to an election.

I hate to us Wiki as a source, but if it's anywhere near the truth, then Liz seems fairly accomplished to me.

She's more qualified to yap on the tee vee, as opposed to those great thinkers of the past like Peter Jennings who didn't even finish high school or Brian Williams now who maybe put on a cap and gown.

Not to defend the guy, but there are lots of folks who do that. And it's not necessarily a bad thing and all, it just depends on what you do with your connections, and name.

Yes, exactly, WTF? All of her musings and semantics will never get Americans to believe that her dear old Dad is nothing more than a warmonger, liar, $hill for Halliburton, coward with 5 deferments from Viet Nam, and a tin heart that has been replaced five times and counting. No pre-existing conditions for Sure-Shot Dickie; nothing but the best premier health care package for him. He said that he "would do it all over again and make the same decisions" and send our 4300 now dead teen age soldiers off to fight in his trumped up war for oil. She and her father's traveling minstrel show is pathetic and more pathetic is the fact that our non-existent news stations show this dangerous duo spewing their drivel.

Wasn't she the model for Scooter's bear lust portion of his novel?

      I forget...

Seems like every time I turn on a cable news station, there's Cheney up there, talking like she knows something.

The real question is why does anyone care what Lynn Cheney has to say?
