What a pitiful absence of commie talk... either they won or we did, I'm not sure... but the fighting is near over I guess, with so few fighting words being recorded.

I don't know who won though, us or them... it reminds of those many movies from the 1950's, all dealing with some creeping malicious invasion of the American People, usually by some extraterrestrial beings (often Martians), but in truth those movies were about the creeping and insidious threat of a communism that took over your heart and mind and Soul, and left you nothing but a zombie commie shell of your old American self...

Those many movies back then were about that, or they were about the same creeping and malicious and heart mind and Soul stealing insidious influence of the new technology of broadcast television, I don't rightly know which...

Maybe both.

Either way, we were ultimately transformed and changed forever, but we looked and talked and acted vaguely the same, and so who could tell for sure...
