The Uncler has returned to Washington D.C to find out how his country is doing by talking to some of the experts of the political landscape.
As FishBowlDC notes:
Uncle Sam has also turned to James Carville, Paul Begala and Tucker Carlson. Carville even gave him a dollar, saying he can pay him back "when you get the other 14 trillion paid off."
