The figure could be accurate...I mean, 100% of the kids at the day care center around the corner are unemployed.

Now, maybe we'll realize where and how we went wrong. At the beginning of the 20th century, there was no need for school lunch programs or after school programs. No one had to put their kids in day care or take advantage of any of the other communist inspired programs we offer young parents today.

It's 10 PM, do you know where your children are?

Damned right I do. They're working the swing shift at the steel mill.

Not to mention all those lazy, retired, senior citizens. Throw in the sick, the injured, or the disabled... the incarcerated, the institutionalized, and the incapacitated... and we have a real problem.

I mean, think about it. If we somehow cure people of injury and illness, solve the criminal element that exists in this country, develop a pill for insanity, and stop all Americans from aging, then we are totally screwed.

149 million might be an understatement. I for one appreciate the oracles of Fox for peering so deeply into our grim future where half of our population is deemed unemployed.

Man, I need that chyron (sp?) operator's job.

Errors are encouraged and it seems you cannot be fired no matter how badly you mess up.

Beers for lunch every day, typing with my toes, utilizing all of my sophmoric humor skillz...

Man oh man, dare to dream I guess...

Well this explains how FOX Nation's "two million" were able to show up for the 9/12 D.C. tea party.

A decimal point here, a decimal point there. Probably an ex-estimator that put the decimal point in the wrong place on a bid and broke the company.

Wow, that's some decimal point! Able to turn 15.1 million into 149 million.

Dudes, you're reading this all wrong.

It's a typo, all right. But it was actually supposed to say "149 MILF Americans Are Unemployed."

They're talking about hot soccer moms. Duh.

      It's all a conspiracy. Nobody's unemployed.

Bush slashed taxes on the rich, and everybody knows that creates tons of jobs. Not like when Clinton raised taxes on the rich and unemployment soared to a whopping 3.9%.

You guys don't understand. The abbreviation "mil" implies thousands, not millions, as in milligram (a thousandth of a gram) or millisecond (a thousandth of a second) or millimeter (a thousandth of a meter). What Fox is saying is that there are 149,000 people unemployed in America. All hail the Bush tax cuts for reducing unemployment!!! Whoop, whoop!!

Ha-Ha...laugh...yeah. It doesn't change the fact that unemployment will rise over 10% by years end and who knows where it will stop?

I guess it's all fun and games now. Mid-terms with double digit unemployment...we'll see if those smirks hold up then!
