How does this play with the conservatives meme "Chicago is too violent to host the Olympics."
Do they have any clue as the the crime rate in Rio?
In 2006, 2,273 people were murdered in the city giving it a murder rate of 37.7 cases for every 100,000 people.
Chicago's rate was 15.6 per 100,000 people, not good but; certainly not as bad as Rio.
Maybe they think their 'best selling books' are being hand-lettered in some monastery?
