        I've always found that the percentage of capital letters in a post is inversely proportional to the I.Q. of the person posting it....

          Well, being an "old guy", and having run a BBS before we had intertube access, I still believe that all caps is SHOUTING to get attention. The thing is, everyone I know, always tended to ignore the posts that were all caps.
