Why does Carl Cameron act surprised?

Over the weekend, Fox News' Cameron interviewed Sharron Angle, the Republican Tea Party darling challenging Sen. Harry Reid in Nevada. Angle has famously sworn off reporters while running for statewide office, instead making time only for friendly outlets such as Fox News and right-wing AM talk radio.

During the interview Angle described the thinking behind the strategy:

Angle said she needed the press to be her "friend" and parrot her when she gave out the address of her fundraising website, at which point Cameron responded incredulously, rolling his eyes and declaring, "That sounds naive."

Um Carl, you do watch Fox News right? And you are aware that Fox News has provided precisely the type of friendly forum that Angle's referring to, yes?
