Fox chyron: "What can Brown do for you? -- A boost in your 401K may be in the cards"

The following on-screen text aired during a discussion about the effect a Scott Brown win could have on the stock market. From the January 19 edition of Fox News' Fox & Friends:

Why do I get the feeling Fox won't hold Brown responsible if my 401K loses money?

What the heck are these guys talking about? A 401k, for most of us, is a long long term solution. I'll probably start collecting on mine, for example, probably after Mr. Brown has died and passed away (I'm looking at cashing out in about 35 years). What real overall effect is he going to have on my, or anyone else's 401k?

And since most 401ks are market driven, I put this up on the other item about this:

      Historical market review.

If you look at, well, most of 2009, you see a good upward trend here overall, with a big dip back around March, and then upward from there on out.

What makes these idiots believe that if Brown gets elected the market will even react?

Makes me wonder ... Is the large Fox paycheck really worth selling your soul and credibility to say such obvious propaganda crap as this?

I've got to give Fox a little credit for this--they've figured out how to bribe the stupid. They can't, of course, actually exchange cash for votes, but they've been pushing this nonsense hard enough to make a handful consider voting for Brown thinking there's going to be a payoff for doing so.

I wonder if UPS is considering a copy write infringement suit.
