Tell that to the 36,000 people. Lets raise taxes on the employers some more. That is sure to spawn job creation.
BTW, did you see my post? Compared to the 2 million lost in December-February of 2008-2009, 36,000 is DARNED good, you idiot. If you read Reid's ENTIRE statement, you would know that the number was predicted to have been higher with higher unemployment . . . it was much lower than predicted and unemployment remained stable. The Dow gained 122.06 points closing at 10,566.20. The Dow was at 6,626.94 on March 6, 2009. Do you see the trend that Reid was talking about? The GDP is up, housing starts are coming back up, retail sales are showing signs of life.
I know giving you facts is futile. You prefer the talking points . . . easier to parrot. You don't have to think, just spew.
Let's see. Repubs cut taxes and that caused employers to hire more people, right?
Housekeepers, valets, drivers, etc.
The current tax structure has nothing to do with the economic climate. The government is offering proposals to spur job growth and hiring.
Instead of whining and saying NO at every opportunity the Repubs should find some NEW ideas and help the country turn around. Not work to make things worse, so that they can do better in the mid term elections.
I think it'd be more productive for them to simply say what they think so that we'll all know to do the opposite. They shouldn't vote or attend committees or anything, just serve as an anti-oracle.
A lot more knowledge can be gleaned from someone 100% wrong than someone 50% wrong.
Tell that to the 36,000 people. Lets raise taxes on the employers some more. That is sure to spawn job creation.
What I hear:
SQUAWK SQUAWK SQUAWK SQUAWK SQUAWK SQUAWK SQUAWK SQUAWK
If you only had a brain, seahawk, you would be saving so many on here from posting enraged replies.
blah blah blah blah Beck blah blah Beck blah blah Beck blah blah blah blah blah Beck blah blah
Your support for commonsense economics is appreciated. Last time we did that we got 20 million jobs.
