Eric Bolling And The Case Of The Time Traveling Doctor

April 28, 2011 9:12 am ET by Ben Dimiero

Last night on Fox Business, Eric Bolling hosted Pamela Geller to discuss in all seriousness whether Obama's long-form birth certificate was "photoshopped." Geller has been making a fool of herself over Obama's birth certificate for three years now, alleging that Obama's certificate of live birth was a "forgery" that previously belonged to a "female." Nonetheless, Bolling apparently thought she was an important voice to include last night.

After pointing at a blown-up version of Obama's long-form certificate and discussing whether the borders were "Photoshopped," Bolling concluded that "it may or may not be, but it certainly opens up the can of worms that there are at least questions."

Here's an example of the kinds of "questions" Bolling now has.  After noting that the doctor that signed the birth certificate had "passed away," Bolling pointed out that the doctor's wife and son both were unaware that he had delivered President Obama. Bolling asked: "If you gave birth to the president of the United States, don't you think your family would know about it?"

The doctor died in 2003.

Let that sink in for a second.

At the time, Barack Obama was a little-known state senator in Illinois. If the doctor had told his family before he died that he delivered the future president, that would have spawned a much more interesting conspiracy theory (he's a wizard!). Apparently Eric Bolling thinks obstetricians give their families a list of the most interesting people they delivered -- with a special section for "potential future presidents" -- before they die.

Stop digging, Bolling. You're embarrassing yourself.

Another strange thing. If the doctor did not remember delivering the future President of the United States 5 years before that President was elected, why did he never mention that? Why did he never tell anyone of his closest relatives that he couldn't remember that one Presidential looking baby born on Hawaii back in 1961?

          That's cute.

Maybe you or Ben Dimiero or anyone else can answer a question for me: who was Obama's birth doctor?

Because, what we're told now differs from what we were told before. I guess the newtruth has superseded the oldtruth. The oldtruth hasn't yet been sent down the memoryhole, but give it time.

How about if the phone booth could travel in time and space ? You know, like five years into the future to see Obama become nationally known, and from Hawaii to Kenya in the middle of delivering a baby .

Last night on the local D/FW Fox affiliate, I saw an exchange between Bob Ray Sanders, a liberal columnist for the Fort Worth Star Telegram (extremely surprising that they had him on) and Mark Davis, an ultra-conservative (enough so to sit in for El Fatso occasionally) radio host, about the long form bc.

At one point, Bob Ray actually pointed out that none of us have seen even the short form for W. Mark responded that there was no doubt that W was American.

The Fox head cut them off at that point, so I am unsure as to why Mark would accept W's American-ness without question and yet is still unsurprised that people had an issue with accepting Obama's.

Some people say the doctor died under mysterious circumstances after refusing to deny that he didn't know he delivered the president...or denying that he refused to not deliver the president...or something else that sounds nefarious but is so ridiculous and confusing that only the hate addled brain of the average Teatard can understand it.

The doctor died of mysterious circumstances: He died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound at Fords Theater overlooking the grassy knoll in Roswell, NM in a black helicopter owned by the Jewish media involved in the Whitewater land deal organized by the government to take down the World Trade Center.

Okay. Obama was born 50 years ago. Fifty f***ing years. Anyone here who can remember what you were doing on an average day 50 years ago, raise your hand. What was the name of that red-headed girl who sat next to you in third grade? What did you have for lunch on August 4, 1961? Why can't you remember? Were you really there?

Assuming this hospital delivered more than one baby a week, how likely is it that any one birth would make such an impression on hospital staff that they would remember it 50 years later?

Anyone here who can remember what you were doing on an average day 50 years ago, raise your hand.

        I certainly can't. Mostly because I'm not 50 yet.

What was the name of that red-headed girl who sat next to you in third grade?

        Her name was Debbie Knox.

What did you have for lunch on August 4, 1961?

No idea, I was -12 years old at that point.

It is true though that how much of an impression would one delivery make on an entire hospital? Not much really. Especially docs and nurses who worked in maternity, chances are good, they took part in, and or delivered thousands of babies over their years of employment. Why would they remember this one? Which answers the stupid birther questions of, "Why has nobody come forward to say they remember his birth?" Because stupid, it was 50 years ago, and chances are most of those folks are probably dead, and if they aren't, they're not going to remember one specific birth from that long ago. It's ridiculous to even think that they would.

Which again, shows us what fools and morons birthers are.

The doctor who delivered my children wouldn't know them from Adam and Eve. He has delivered thousands of babies. The doctor who delivered me remembered me, but that's because he was a relative. I saw him every year at the family reunion. He delivered many thousands of babies in our community in his 60+ years of practice. I doubt he remembered all of the babies he delivered, either.

My niece was born last November, and when I went to visit, I noticed the delivering doctor was the same doctor who delivered me and my sister in 1985-86! She was also our pediatrician.

I went right up to her and said, "Hi, Dr. Shea! Remember me? I didn't have all these freckles back then, but you must still recognize me!" She didn't, and now I can't find my birth certificate. I just don't know who I am anymore.
