Matthews compared Bush press conference to Churchill, again touted Giuliani as "the perfect candidate" to replace Bush, told Bilbray, "You're the best"

Matthews also noted that Giuliani would be the "perfect" candidate to replace Bush in 2008, and praised newly elected Rep. Brian Bilbray (R-CA) for his stance on immigration.
