WSJ editorial misrepresented Abu Ghraib abuses, ABC News report

SUMMARY: A Wall Street Journal editorial said that "numerous" investigations into the Abu Ghraib prisoner abuse scandal concluded that the abuses "had nothing to do with interrogations." In fact, the opposite is true.
