Limbaugh defended Cunningham's use of Obama's middle name

SUMMARY: On his radio show, Rush Limbaugh defended Bill Cunningham's comments at a rally for Sen. John McCain in which Cunningham repeatedly referred to Sen. Barack Obama as "Barack Hussein Obama."
