SUMMARY: Chris Baker apparently fell for an April Fools' Day joke by The Patriot-News of Pennsylvania, claiming on Lou Dobbs Tonight that Gov. Ed Rendell is using stimulus funds to "hir[e] comics, magicians, and mimes" to "cheer up" Pennsylvanians.
