SUMMARY: Following the rescue of Capt. Richard Phillips from Somali pirates, The Fox Nation touted a dubious WorldNetDaily report -- nearly all of which echoes an anti-Obama chain email -- claiming that Obama "actually delayed [the] pirate rescue."
