Liasson repeats tired Obama earmark falsehood on NPR

SUMMARY: Mara Liasson falsely claimed that President Obama "vowed to eliminate" earmarks. In fact, Obama promised to reform the earmark process and cut wasteful spending, not "eliminate" earmarks altogether.
