SUMMARY: On Fox News, the American Center for Law and Justice's Jay Sekulow dismissed the possible nomination of Solicitor General Elena Kagan to the Supreme Court by stating that she "does not have any judicial experience." However, neither Sekulow nor co-host Megyn Kelly noted that Republicans blocked Kagan's nomination to a U.S. Court of Appeals seat in 1999.
