SUMMARY: A Quinnipiac University release misrepresented its own poll question to claim that a significant majority of Americans disagree with Judge Sonia Sotomayor's position in Ricci v. DeStefano. MSNBC's Willie Geist and Monica Novotny similarly misrepresented the poll's findings.
