if he's speaking about illegal immigrants, he's right.  If they did give a rip, or respected our laws and our legal immigrants, they wouldn't have entered this country illegally and continuing to break the law by staying here. They would go through the same process that those who do respect our laws go through.

Do you ever break the speed limit? That's about the same level of "crime" that we're talking about here. Being in the country, illegally, is a civil crime. Thing is, plenty of these illegal immigrants care about the country that they have adopted. To think that they don't, is ignorance really.

Now, if you really want them to care about the country, let them have a way to gain citizenship, and fully take part in America, but I'm sure that you'd love to send them all "back", or something like that.

Of course Americans are never just-out-for-number-one, are they?

What's this conflating "immigrants" with illegals? Now they're all one and the same?

Most of the "immigrants" I see at Costco are residents who are buying stuff for their families or their businesses.

Also, I'm pretty sure Costco is just like Sam's Club--you have to fill out an application and register for a club card to shop there.  So it's highly unlikely that they are just giving those away to anyone without valid identification.

Huh? It's just a discount club. You don't need ID to get one. You just need to pay the yearly fee, and that's about it.
