This guy needs medication.  Michael Savage is probably listening and saying "Right on!"

Wait, so he first wants to let California secede from the US.  Now he's afraid that California would be taken from the US?  Well, Beck, tell me this--if California did secede, did you think that they would become their own nation-state?

Beck, you awful AWFUL hypocrite.  You can't ask to let California go and then want to defend it the next day.  This isn't a board game!

Hey purplestate, not defending Beck here but you brought up a point that jogged my memory.

About a month before the Millennium, I was listening to AFRS in Germany and I think it was an NPR segment that was comparing predictions from 1899 and what had come to pass and some of the nuttier stuff that didn't.

They then transitioned into predictions for the next 100 years and one prediction that stuck out was that the east and west coasts would essentially become city states that had less in common with each other and more with their partners in trade from the EU and Pacific rim.

Just food for thought!  Discuss amongst ya'selves!

So what you're trying to say here, is that the coastal states aren't really American. Sounds like a recent campaign piece of propaganda from Palin. Nice one!

The worst part is there are a lot people who will take this seriously.

Most of his fans will say he is right much of the time. They just don't seem to notice the really looney bits.

Well, he is trying to compete internally @ FN with Oreilly Hanity. So perhaps the winner of the contest of over-the-top chatter boxes is to say the most wildly reidiculous things so that you get mentioned on the left wing blogs more often than anyone else @ FN.

He is starting to sound like BO, has a suit like Sean, and he is plumping up and puffing out in the cheeks like Rush. An amalgam.

Well, when you have a white supremiscist group at the root of most of the conservative anti-immigration think tanks most people of sound mind would denounce them for the racism they bring to the table. But then again we are talking about Beck, Hannity, Limbaugh, Morgan, Maulkin, Coulter, Hume, ...

Glenn Beck needs to talk to some Mexicans, pronto.  There are hundred of thousands, if not millions, of "middle-class ",, for lack of a better word, bi-cultural/blilingual Latinos in this country that could diffuse this paranoia for that portion of white America that listens to douchebags like Beck, Savage, et al.  This "reconquest" b.s. is a LIE.

Towards the end of this weird episode, he's asking if "we" are able to let people "onto our boat" with "open arms" or "arms in arm" and not let the "panic" sink us.  Is not this entire speech an articulation of this panic he's saying we shouldn't feel lest we sink?  That's what these guys do all day and all night, instill fear and give face to the enemy, not unlike what happened in Rwanda before the genocide, only here, the demagogues speak "good" English and wear ties on TV.  Even Michael Savage has referred to the illegal hordes as an occupying force and lamented that Americans do not love their country as much as the Palestinians love theirs.  Presumably, this means Americans should start guerrilla war against illegals.

      Don't panic, though.

I see Glenn's concern and furthermore understand the concern for our U.S. citizens' health and safety.  As a health care provider, I and co-workers are concerned as to how the U.S. is going to keep giving free health care, food, shelter, and now rebates to illegal aliens (in the so called" Stimulus Bill" being considered).  We can't continue paying for their free medical and dental care through medicaid.  They are "milking" the system dry!  We give them better, more thorough medical care than our U. S. citizens who don't have medical insurance.

First, illegals can only get emergency care and K-12 education. Yet they pay taxes. 2/3 of all illegal immigrants pay Medicare, SS and personal income.

Since most have fake numbers they are paying billions into the system and getting nothing back. Revenue from these fake numbers into SS is about roughly about 9 billion a year. They'll never claim it and it will end up going into the retirement checks of legal workers. Also illegals and the children of these low skilled families contribute on average $80,000 more than what they consume.

Now now, don't let facts get in the way of someone who allegedly works in the "health" professions and spouts right wing talking points about how "bad" illegal aliens are.

Also, for that other guy. If these illegal aliens get better health care than our citizens, why don't our citizens just do the same thing that they do? If you think that these illegals are getting treated so well, maybe you should just join them, and get the same things that they do. I mean, they're getting such a free ride, just take after them and do the same things they do.

This ought to drive Beck over the wall!

Notice all the government waste involved, and not a peep out of conservatives about oversight... ;)

It is really difficult to explain how dumb this man really is. His entire schtick... where he tries to let people known HE is the only one who has common sense is so tiring.

I still believe that a massive effort on the part of folks like MMFA to sow seeds of discord between people like Beck, Hannity, O'Reilly, Limbaugh, etc, etc is the surest way to not only marginalize them but eliminate them from the public forum. These narcissistic talking heads can only survive by thinking and believing that they are the "messiah." On a side note: That is why I believe they hold so much disdain for Obama and incessantly forward the whole "messiah" label on Obama. Projection at its best.

Anyway, despite the constant self deprication you hear from these idiots, they have a unquenchable need to be the "smartest guy in the room." We all know that anytime they are attacked by a Democrat they go on and on about it for days, of course, they always trying to reduce it to a belief that they are so influential they must be attacked; only to ask "why attack little ol' me?" Wouldn't it be so entertaining to watch them devour each other? It wouldn't take much to ignite pitched battles between them, given the obvious ego issues at work. Just imagine if it was widely reported that Limbaugh called O'Reilly "Ted Baxter?" I can guarentee you that if O'Reilly felt that little insult could adversely affect him he would have responded. the problem is that it got such little attention. I wish entities like MMFA would simply make it a point to create discontent between these egomaniacs. Let us watch them destroy each other.

Also, as a consumer of Mexican media, not to mention a frequent visitor of said country, and having MANY relatives thriving and living in Mexico, this "collapse" of which this reatrd speaks is news to me.

The collapse this "retard" is speaking of was reported by the U.S. military as a serious possibility. Pakistan and Mexico are the two countries the report analyzed.

"The Mexican possibility may seem less likely, but the government, its politicians, police and judicial infrastructure are all under sustained assault and pressure by criminal gangs and drug cartels. How that internal conflict turns out over the next several years will have a major impact on the stability of the Mexican state. Any descent by Mexico into chaos would demand an American response based on the serious implications for homeland security alone."

Guess the Mexican media missed this one?

Why does he think if Mexico collapses and they try to take Texas and CA we would just let them? We do still have a National Gaurd or do we after starting two other wars. Quit trying to scare everyone into voting Republican. Its not working.
