Morning Joe and Fox/Friends are really trying to compete for that "annoy us before the first cup of coffee" award.

Here's a stimulus package, folks; give us people in the morning that don't rile us up.  That way we can get to work and be more productive!

And Barnie's just mad that he's being picked on again.  Even if his wife didn't work for BoA, we here in Boston still think he's scum.

These commentators made jokes over it for an extended period of time, like it was unimportant and overblown. It's not. She's a bigwig and so when he's talking about something that would directly affect her compensation, he has to state that disclaimer. Just like NBC does whenever they do any story about GE!

I prefer the nautical spelling of his last name, "barnacle."

Ha-ha Mike, aren't those pesky concerned citizens, with "time on their hands" (which in essence could define the passive viewers of your show) just sooo nutty when they call you out on a conflict of interest. Why, you should be able to say what you want, when you want. Just like Don Imus.

What passes for "Journalism" these days....

Since the goal is not presenting News but Entertainment, this guy fits the bill

I love the way he tries and spin it as if he's disclosing his financial ties to Bank of America in such an unnecessary way.  If if were at all tedious, he would not have been forced to do it against his will.
