I've said it before, but I seriously doubt that we'll see any meaningful reform any time soon; too many people are getting obscenely rich on the current system. For anything to be done, it will have to implode the same way the housing market has imploded. Too bad we can't fix it before that happens.
You know, Nerz, for it to implode like housing means it will be 10 times more expensive to fix then. And maybe it will be "fixed" in the same way. The govt. will turn over the "bailout" to the guys that implode it in the first place.
What price profit and obscenely stuffing pockets, in the end?
