I keep hearing people say "Oh but Rush is just an entertainer" BS! He is educating the uneducated in this country. Most of his followers have no clue about politics and yet they take his word as truth regarding whats going on politically in the world.
For him to continue his "I want Obama to fail" campaign is just plain pathetic! What's worse, is he is now condemning people who want Obama to succeed! He's a poor excuse for a human being and its a shame that he's paid 400 Million a year to be the idiotic windbag that he is.

I like how he tells Steele that "he is not a talking head pundit" and "a taking head media star." Steele is the face for RNC right now and what is he supposed to do then not get any media time.

No. He's refering to a HOward Stern bit, where one of his lackey's interviewed a handful of black voters who revealed that they were voting for Obama despite hoving no idea what his policies were. (They were HAPPY that the was pro-life and would stay in Iraq and they thought Palin would make a good VP.)
It was a funny bit, but hardly a legit soucre fro a reasonable political / philosphical discuassion.

As for understanding POLICY - how on earth can explain why a poor white southerner would vote Rebuplican? It's not in his economic interest to have his wages undercut by cheap mexican labor, or to get a $10 tax cut while his millionaire boss gets thousands, all the while making sure that his workforce never organizes. Do you have any clue how much of the republican vote comes from ignorant trailer-trash voting with their bibles instead of their bankbooks?
