      it was the conservatives that chose Limbaugh as their keynote speaker at CPAC and it was the GOP that named him their honorary GOP congressman in the 1990s. He is their monster THEY created, not the Dems.

      The problem with stating that the Republicans do not need a leader is that they do need one.  Standing as a unit will unfortunately not get you the White House again, and to some extent it will make it harder to take back majority, period.

      After all, look back at the past eight years, and you could make a strong argument that Bush was no leader, either.
