Salon's Walsh pushes back on "ridiculous" claim that spending bill has cost "$1 billion an hour"

      It's not true that the bill contained spending for "golf carts." It has $300 million to buy fuel-efficient vehicles, some of which may be electric cart-like utility vehicles like those already in use on military bases and at other government facilities.

      Nancy Pfotenhauer has been on every cable news pundit show the last couple of weeks pushing that lie, and has yet to be called out on it.

      Bravo to Joan Walsh though for holding their own.

      The show hosts should be informed enough to be all over the liars and hypocrites LIKE A CHEAP SUIT when they make these outrageous statements (1 billion an hour!). None of them, save some progressives, seem to know any details.
