      "When we get something wrong" implies that they made an unintended mistake. There's no way Fox did this by accident. You can't prepare an item about the Obama administration's March 2009 message and illustrate it with a cropped image from September 2008 unless you do it on purpose. That's two INTENTIONAL acts -- pulling an old clip AND editing it in a deceptive manner.

      Fox news seems to think that they'll suffer some sort of consequence for being known as lying shills.

      They won't. They're part of the media and the media is only punished for insensitivity. They should have just ignored this, or better yet, repeated the lie a few dozen more times.
