Ranting about his "fervent anti-ethnic holiday position," Dobbs asks if there is "an Asian ethnic holiday ... you know, St. Jin-Tao-Wow?"

An American ethnic holiday?

It's called...the Fourth of July.

If it weren't so incredibly offensive, it would be funny to note that wingnuts like Dobbs throw around Nazi terminology to label Obama and then seem to throw vitriol at anyone not of WASP origins.

 

Jesus was a Jew, so is Dobbs suggesting we eliminate X-mas and Easter?

 

Uh, ever here of Hannukah or Yom Kippor? Seeing as how we have only been here a couple of hundred years what's so bad about older traditions?

Oh, and Columbus Day is an American day and not one of those ethnic ones that scare you.

I'd love to hear him try this with fellow nativist Pat Buchanan. "St. Patrick's Day isn't ethnic," Buchanan would protest. "It's Irish!"
