That's an odd argument coming from the party that shut down the dockworkers strike and reclassified workers so they wouldn't get overtime pay.

Media Matters should market a poster of that picture of Mr. (Doofus) Beck...

It's a mob alright and now that it's awakened, the media will continue to try to distract with more dancing shows, reality shows and other drivel.

Fact: AIG signed legally binding contracts before there were financial issues to provide these bonusues to their employees at a certain time.

Fact: In order to stay in buisness a company needs to hold to it's contractual obligations to it's clients and employees alike.

Fact: AIG recieved the TARP money to stay in buisness.

Fact: AIG made no secret during talks with Government officials about getting the TARp money about these bailouts.

Fact: By the language of the TARP bill AIG broke no rules or laws in awarding these contractually obligated bonuses.

Fact: The individual employee is not to blame for inefectual government oversight. They are not to blame for recieveing money legaly from their employer who recieved the money legaly albeit unconstitutionaly from the Federal Government.
