I heard one of these guys, I forget which one, say straight up, history has proven (actually it hasn't) that McCarthy was RIGHT 95% of the time in her assertions.
They want to make a hero out of probably one of the most despicable politicians we've ever had. I think maybe only Nixon outranks McCarthy on this.
I'm confused. How can he use McCarthy to smear Frank and then turn around and defend McCarthy? I guess what he's really saying is that he wasn't attacking Frank. He was complimenting him.
If Rush, and his brethren support what McCarthy did, and then try to smear Frank with a McCarthy reference, isn't that saying the same thing as they support Frank?
Only in Rush world can logic get so twisted. It's laughable actually. Sort of like the times when they attacked Obama because he said he wanted to go after terrorists if they were in the tribal regions of Pakistan, and he had good intelligence saying that they were there. They all came apart on that one. God, Obama can't invade a country that has nothing to do with terrorism, and all...
Mission accomplished, MMA!
I offer a challenge: Any time any media figure you cover says this, everyone should donate $10. Mark such reports with a tag so that we can all keep track. Make sure it's a special RSS feed so Limbaugh can keep track, too.
This is a pet peeve of mine - like liberals have one source of news, and we all drink the same koolaid.
Just because those crappy Republicans do that, it doesn't mean that we do it too. Projection, anyone.
