The real reason he won't travel to spain is because he doesn't know how to say "bring me some more m'f'n tea!" in proper spanish.

I'm sure the Socialist nation of Spain is soooo heart broken that this radical extremist and dubyah apologist will not be visiting.

Spain must be held accountable, but not our own government?

I love how this guy turns whatever it is that's going on in Spain (which I'm not exactly sure what it is because I don't care), he turns it into something against the U.S. (at the beginning of the clip), and then against America... even though whatever the thing in question is, it involves former Bush administration officials.

Sorry, but they aren't the U.S. or America.

That's what these slimy rats do: they try and turn any criticism or even any sort of investigation of them, into something of an attack or insult against America.

But it's just slimy rats hiding behind the American flag, and trying to confuse in your mind the difference between Bush administration officials, and America the nation, or even the U.S. Government.

I wish I knew of some way to capture what these slimy rats do in a single phrase... maybe something like:

Patriotism is the last refuge of the scoundrel

...except I prefer slimy rat to scoundrel: it's a better fit in the case of this o'reilly character.

It is incredibly ignorant to critcize someone about an issue you admittedly know nothing about nor do you care. By your own admission you have no idea if his statements are justified or not. But I am sure being the good little trooper you are you would fully support the actions of a convicted criminal against US government officials, at least if they were repubs. Maybe this Spanish lawyer would be a perfect fit for the Obama Administration, but of course convicts are not permitted to practice law in this country. But apparently Spain is not as choosy.

And you clearly didn't bother to find out anything beyond what O'Reilly told you. It should come as no surprise that there are significant omissions in his "report." First of all, Boye is just one of the lawyers who filed the complaint, but O'Reilly wants you to think that it's all about him. From the AP story:

"The complaint was prepared by Spanish lawyers, with help from experts in the United States and Europe, and filed by a Spanish human rights group, the Association for the Dignity of Prisoners. The National Court in Madrid, which specializes in international crimes, assigned the case to Judge Garzón.[Garzon] has built an international reputation by bringing high-profile cases against human rights violators as well as international terrorist networks like Al Qaeda."

O'Reilly doesn't want you to know about Garzon, because Garzon is known for being tough on terrorism, and best known for bringing charges against Pinochet.

Secondly, I can't find any information about Boye's background and supposed terrorist ties. I won't be surprised when we find out that O'Reilly has exagerrated this and left out important information.

You are a clever fellow, keep looking the info is available. But back to my point, what do you think about someone who criticizes without knowing anything about the topic, is that a prudent method to follow?  And he even admitted he doesn't care about what it is about, he sounds like a real intelligent fellow.

Dem's point still stands, even without knowing the details of the Spanish case. My point is that you clearly don't know the details of the Spanish case either, but that didn't stop you from spouting off about Boye. And if you have information about Boye's background, then stop being coy and provide links.

Just google Boye and Revilla (he was a kidnapping victim) and you can find a number of pages which mention Boye and his conviction in the late 80's . Apparently he has been involved with ETA and MIR and served an 8 year prison term. The pages are mostly in Spanish and will have to be translated.

A number of pages? Like one page, and then a few more that link back to that same page? Funny how you didn't provide any links. Could it be because the only thing that comes up in an English language search is a Free Republic poster who is linking back to this guy, who uses at least one exclamation point at the end of every garbled sentence? And yes, I translated the relevant Spanish language page that came up, and this is obviously the source for the exclamation point fanatic, which explains the complete lack of details and the google-translated quote.

My links have been getting blocked my MMFA because I was not commenting with the postings so I will correct that now. Try googling boye and revilla and eta, you will find much more. Some are Spanish news reports , some are blogs by Spanairds etc. And of course you willl find as much as you want. Here is one to start , you will have to scroll down a bit. http://www.saneworks.us/ http://www.saneworks.us/

Isn't it also quite interesting to note how no one has disputed the record of this "lawyer " Boye.  I did hear that their were some openings at the NYT for researchers however. More than likely however was that they just ignored the fact of this guys record, it fit their agenda.

I can boil down my original post into a single sentence:

bill o'reilly and even Bush administration officials, are slimy rats, to hide behind the American flag, and to imply any criticism or investigation of them, is an attack (in this case an insult) against America.

I could type and re-type that, again and again and again: it's so true, it should even be part of the epitaph of that criminal administration, and also of the slimy flag-waving rats at Fox News Channel, bill o'reilly especially.

Now, what's that got to do with Spain? And don't even bother trying to tell me about whatever is going on in Spain, because I don't care...

My point, as re-stated above in a single sentence, stands.

              Disagree?

Good to see faillibrul is in full defense mode of her hero once again.    Why do you radical extremists get so defensive when O'Racist is criticized?  You are actually pathetic and obtuse enough to take this personally and take personal swipes at those who criticize O'Racist.  Do you really have no life at all in that you spend every waking moment defending this pathetic propagandist?   Jebus, cupcake, get a life....please.

Why is O'Reilly insulted, by the way? Does he identify that strongly with Bush that he thinks HE is insulted? Does he really believe that the American people feel insulted?

If it takes a Spanish court to meter out justice to the war criminals in our country so be it. Just like we did to war criminals in other countries.

Note how Billo calls it "alleged crimes involving the war on terror" even though the graphic actually says "alleged war criminals". I guess he just could not bring himself to allege that they are war criminals.
