Well considering that our current economic system got us to where we are today, wouldn't this be a good thing? I think so. It needs to be re-tooled, and done over, so that these types of things don't happen again, or if they do, they can be minimized to prevent the disaster that we're seeing now.

If our economic system was so great, how come we're in this mess Sean? It needs to be changed, and for the better.

According to the Mannity our economy is ebb and flow. In a sense this is true. With this  current mess that we are in it seems that something needs to be done. I do not agree with everything that is being done at this but what other recourse do we have at this point?to listen to this toe sucking Dick Morris this man has not a clue either. If they have a plan why do they not produce it and lets all act like grown ups and have some serious debate on the issue. These clowns (the Republicans) are just exhaling hot air. I have not heard a single idea come out of these people since the President was inaugurated. Oh yea we did have 19 pages of nothing last week.

I've said it before, and I'll write it again.

The republicans used to have ideas. Newt Gingrich, as much as he was an a hole, he was a good leader of his party. He had substantive ideas when he was Speaker. He led the republican revolt, and they had plans, they had ideas. Now, I didn't agree with hardly any of them, but they had ideas, and they had specifics that they wanted to do.

And now, we get a 19 page "budget" with no numbers? They've come from the Contract with America days to, bumper stickers. It's kind of sad. Our nation flourishes better when we have informed and specific debate between parties, between our leaders. Right now, the republicans are not offering up anything substantive. Now, if they want to grow up, and bring something different to the table, and bring something with details, I would think that the democrats would listen, and debate.

Right now, all they have is, Obama wants it, so we don't want anything to do with it. That's not opposition, that's sticking your fingers in your ears and crying, "Nanananananana, I can't hear you..."
