Scarborough was having an orgasim describing his passion (and ratings) for Becky.

Glenn Beck is a total putz and a very bad actor. For him and FauxNoise it's all about the ratings. I cannot believe anyone takes this nutcase seriously but the fact that his ratings are so good says volumes about the state of education in America today. Although Olbermann once suggested if Billow the Clown's ratings continue to tank, Rupert might just give Beck his primetime spot.

Oh Lord, please save us from people like this!

What is hilarious is that he gets these ratings during the 5-6 timeslot. That is the time when most people are coming home from work. It would seem that based upon this reality that most people who watch Beck either do not work or are retired. Bottom line is that Beck is not reaching the audience he wants everyone to believe he is reaching. His audience is conservatives who don't work and old farts. Two groups who are more than likely receiving some kind of government entitlement. The irony!

BTW, I think Olbermann is pretty smart when it comes to such suggestions. He is setting these two up for competition. Two megalamaniacs such as Beck and O'Reilly will eat each other if put into the same cage fighting for food. The bigger Beck gets the more of a threat he is to O'Reilly. I can't wait to watch.

Besides, the reality is that the 2 to 4 million people who watch these idiots comprise only a miniscule percentage of the population of this country. When you look at their influence in those terms you can see how unimportant they really are. Limbaugh and Hannity are the ones to worry about. You'll notice how O'Reilly failed to go after Limbaugh after LImbaugh "smeared" him. There is a reason for that.

I don't care what they claim (OReilly and Beck), they don't hold any sway over public opinion or governmental policy decisions. It's not as if our elected officials think of what Beck or O'Reilly will say before they cast a vote, enforce a law, or judge a law. Now Limbaugh and Hannity are a different story. They hold sway of over 20 million people together. 20-30 million voters. The best way to really get under Beck and O'Reilly's skin is to let them know that Hannity and Limbaugh are the big kids on the block. It's a matter of creating divisiveness between these people. Let them destroy each other. Rahm Emanual is doing a good job at exactly this. MMFA can help. Let O'Reilly and Beck constantly know that in the grand scheme of things it is really Limbaugh and Hannity who matter. Then just sit back and watch the show.

I don't care what anyone says about the subject, but Mr. Becks tears seemed as forced as a junior high thespian's. There is no emotion, no quiver in his voice that would suggest that he genuinely cares or believes in what he us saying.

Good lord Joe's tears were more real and he was laughing!

Totally agree.  He is an absolute fake.  It only took him a year to "hate the 9/11 victims' families".

He's not only a fake, but he's down-right creepy.  Watching him gives me the same unease as when I watch an interview with Manson, Jeffrey Dahmer, or Timothy McVeigh.

Ya that was fake, in fact I'm certain I could do a better job, he went for it too soon, too dramatic for it to be believable

Plus, you know, the whole point that Glenn Beck is desperate for people to like him
