      The Dow tanked 1,350 points in Bush's last 75 days in office.  The Dow is now only 300 points lower than when Obama was inaugurated about 75 days ago.  Some might say Obama has been a savior for the market.  Just not anyone in the media.

      Much like the global climate the markets aren't rising because they haven't surpassed their all time high.
