Deeznuts, I believe Viarra is making a joke about how the media's been framing Obama's and Bruni-Sarkozy's meeting as some sort of catty hot-chick fashion deathmatch, including Lauer's "face-to-face encounter with her French counterpart" comment. I hope so anyway.
