But I am sure he asked the same question during the last Bush budget cycles, too, right? RIGHT????

Wow.  If he'd asked that about the Iraq War he'd have been labelled anti-American.

Hey Hemmer, many people HAVE asked how you can have a conscience when you call yourself a journalist and claim to work for a "news organization".  Sestack should have ripped his and conservatisms' arse.

If Obama has any sense, it'll be laid off on to THIS generation of the super rich. And they won't even notice the missing money.
