"A lot of fear out there, and it's propogated by this administration"...

Where did they dig up this little nazi from? Even his name makes me think jack boots and arm bands! Goebbles would be proud of him.

Fear by Obama administration? Yes, fear of a bad economy continuing for a little while, and fear that it will take awhile for us to pull back our bad situation.

That Gottlieb gun-nut guy reminded me of the cartoon character "Mr Peebles," from the old Magilla Gorilla cartoon. Even sounded like him! :-)

The question is, will Shuster pursue this idea? Or will he start sniggling about sex?

It is funny to watch these RIGHT WING NUTS  lose any sembelence of sanity since they lost  power last NOVEMBER. Maybe after 4 more years, they will completely unhinged enough that we can put them in rubber rooms where  they belong.

Overtly are they pushing violence? No. Covertly, and using code words sort of? Yes, I think that they are, or they are at least inciting in some cases. Telling the American public that your newly elected government is trying to start a fascist state, and are building concentration camps for people who disagree with them is pretty well out there, and calling for people to "stand up" to said government, well, we saw what happened in Pitt this past week. And that was just one guy. I'm pretty sure that there are others who feel like him, and will start pulling triggers.

I'm not surprised at the rise in gun violence lately. Hard times in this country. Homes being lost. Jobs being lost. Economy coming back but still in the crapper. And with right wing radio and right wing TV media pushing these far right wing talking points and ideologies, I think we'll see more violence based on a lot of what these guys are saying. Beck, et all, are starting to sound a lot like hate groups with better graphics, and a wider viewing audience.

I fear you are correct Magnolia.  The only thing I fear more is where this trail ends...
