I've figure it out.  It finally all makes sense to me now.  Rush Limbaugh hates his own party.  He hates them.  How could he posiibly care about the conservative movement and make blanket statements like this one?  How could he possibly hope that this kind of message would appeal to a broad audience.

Something tells me he is going to burn for this statement.

If anyone could enlighten me... is he refering to someone in particular, a statement someone made, or some secret society that I am not aware of that involves Castro and the black liberal members of our congress and W.H.

Everything rush limbaugh says on his radio show, is said for political effect: he is a spokesperson for political causes, in particular the causes of the Republican Party (you may have already known this).

This particular rant of his, refers to the fact that several Members of the U.S. House of Representaives went to Cuba recently, and three of them (I believe) met with and spoke to Fidel Castro (all met with his brother Raul, I believe).

If you had not seen this in our media, it's understandable: the trip didn't receive too high a profile in our American media, as there's only so much air-time and newsprint left, when they've finished prattling on about The President and his wife's "star power", or whatever other mere celebrity traits they want to disrespectfully paint our President in.

According to Rep. Lee (D-CA), who led the delegation to Cuba: "The purpose of the visit is to discuss bilateral relations and review policies related to trade and commerce with Cuba, and discuss cultural, health and academic exchanges."

Contrast that with the maniacal (even psychotic) ranting description made by rush limbaugh, and you will find nothing in Rep. Lee's statement to be in rush's rant, or anything in his rant to be reflected in her statement: it's not about "dictatorial power" and "the evils of the USA" or any of that other crap...

It's about restoring relations between the U.S. and Cuba, that's all.

And that's politically hot, mostly to Republicans (and it would be quite the task to explain why), and so rush rants against Cuba, and against the delegation that visited Cuba, because as I said, he's a spokesman for the political causes of the Republican Party, pure and simple.

Lastly, and of little importance, but I just have to say it: rush refers to the "black caucus", as though that is the way to describe the delegation that visited Cuba.

While Rep. Mike Honda (D-CA) was recalled home for a family emergency, and therefore did not participate fully in the Cuba visit, he was a member of the delegation none the less.

Mr. Honda is not African-American or black or however else you'd call it.

Also, let me observe to you something else: the People of Cuba, while not African that I know of, are black just the same... as a matter of fact, they are oftentimes blacker than most African-Americans are.

As I said before, I'd be at a loss to explain to you exactly why so many Republicans work so hard against our restored relations with Cuba: I think the short answer might be found in the words socialist or communist or Marxist.

But as for the fact that the Cuban People are largely a black people, I cannot say this is why rush speaks so poorly of them... but I might say this is in some part why Rep. Lee and many other African-Americans would see those People, the Cuban People, as just being Human...

Because when People look like you do, you just can't help but to have a natural and initial respect for them, as though they were Human too, just like you.

Rush works because he'll always have a market that thrives on fear and hate........................if he says anything that closely resembles love, caring or giving then his ratings will drop....people who listen to him are people who work in automobile or who don't have jobs..

And right wing defenders of this guy, how is that NOT racist???

I am a black male who used to be on the right, and although I'm not totally left now, I know this is the type of code that drove me away for good a couple of years ago.

Some I’ve spoken to today   say “The Marine was a 'plant'." They are clearly brainwashed dittoheads. They must(?)/should know that the only way to get past Rush's (nearly impenetrable) screening is to verbally pledge allegiance to the Republican homeland and the fat, drug-addled butt on which it sits.

But the caller knew what he was doing. He made his point forcefully and quickly and he really didn't give El Rushbo an opportunity to interrupt until he was finished. Then he dominated  throughout  the expected  Limbaugh interruption campaign.

If the audio provided is complete, it's clear Rushiepoo hung up on the caller before he (ElRushbo) attacked him with his ignorant rant.

The Marine was no plant. He was one of the few who get past the snerdlies. One of the few callers to that program who has a brain.  He was telling truth to Limpbungler's  "power" in the Republican Party.

Charles from Chicago made it through the lines, and he did a job on the Republican Blimp.Bless'im.

Mr. Limbaugh wants to be a dictator, next to Fmr. Pres. Bush.  He has a thrown and his mic is a whip.  His sepsis dominates his range, voraciously commanding his patrons.   What is next, pimpf,(Hilter youth; males 10-14yrs.)?   One power vs. another is not Democracy.  Wisdom is ignored for autocracy.
