Shot in the head on a deck chair in a sinking boat? Yikes! That's quite a mixed metaphor-- I'm gonna complain to my travel agent.

Report him to the bad analogy police.

A report out this week said the american taxpayer is more guntiled about taxes than they've been for 4-5 decades. Not reported on Faux Gnus though. Not being very supportive of their call for a tax revolution. Not keeping their veiwers informed, standard ops.

They do realize they are paying the Bush rates, right? Most of these protestors will probably see a tax cut.

Actually , with Pres Obama's plans to tax corporations more , it will affect everything we all buy.  Do you think prices have gone up alot already, just wait.

I haven't heard that, but if you're right, then I agree with you.  We should outright abolish the corporate income tax, and simply tax people's dividends as income.  The way it is now distorts the progressive tax structure (my 100 shares in a company are taxed at the same rate as Warren Buffett's 100,000 shares in the same company), among other problems.

Sure, sure.  And our economy will collapse, like it did under Clinton, right?  We all remember you same people making these same arguments.  Only this time you were actually proven wrong just a decade ago.

As usual the cerebral Miller is just too clever for us lay people. I'm surprised there wasn't some obscure historical references thrown in, too.
