      This, from the same guy who is part of the group of conservatives that call Pres Obama a fascist and communist.

      Yet, for the Bush admin to torture people because Joe has determined that keeps us safe, Bush & Co are then absolved of all crimes and are NOT communists or fascists, but are good whole Americans.

       I don't listen to Joe too often but he is dead right on this issue and his explanation of the whole process . This is appeasement by Obama to the left, just as he suggests.

        Is that right? It has NOTHING at all to do with the lawsuit from the ACLU or to make public information in a Democracy that proves that the CIA was acting under orders from the highest levels of the US govt?
