      How is your freedom being infringed, Weiner-Savage?  Is your lawsuit against herr dubyah, the person who actually ordered the DHS report?  You are just a peon, you don't have a right to classified documents.

        That really is the issue. As I was reading somewhere (I forget where), the Republicans have become so marginalized as all the moderates of left the party, it's now a competition to out-crazy each other. In the media. Sean Hannity isn't worried that Alan Colmes or Keith Olbermann is going to take his job/ratings: He's worried that Glenn Beck will. It's the same w/in the party's primary apparatus, where only the most extreme can win a GOP primary.

        It's only going to get worse as they all try to out-crazy each other for ratings and shock appeal. I expect Beck to begin cutting himself on-air by the end of the year.

      Sooner or later Savage is going to be ruled as an abuser of the federal lawsuit system, the way Andy Martin was.

      This is just another cheap stunt by Savage, the way he sued CAIR and others, and the lawsuits were tossed out on their ear.

      Naturally, if any liberal organization were to sue the Fed Govt over being spied on or accused of terrorist activities like during the Bush years, they would just be labeled Un-American or terrorists by these clowns.

      Another right-wing double standard. DHS is only un-fascist if it makes these claims against left-wing orgs.

      The only Fascist here is Michael Savage. And with his attack against the DHS and his protection of Timothy McVeigh earlier this week, Michael Savage is proving to be a terrorist symphatizer; I expect him to be renditioned to Guantanamo Bay anytime soon.

      Mike, you've also invoked fascists/Nazis when you were talking about Don Imus getting fired, so pardon us if we don't take you too seriously. For your own good, stay away from court, because you're beginning to make Lionel Hutz look like Atticus Finch.

      I wonder if anyone would buy bumper stickers that read "He hates it! Hey Mikey!"

      Another lawsuit by Savage that will get tossed out I'm sure. For a conservative that always rants about lawyers and lawsuits, he sure does seem to file and or pursue a lot of them.
