School vouchers and charter schools, will this be the next populus bubble? Will they offer details to back their feelings (Bad) about our public school system? Or character assasinate their opponets?

No there it is in my hand."

'50s throwback labor-bashing, insane conspiracy theories, insincere appeals to Think of the Children, and of course the right wing's "Intellektuels am STOOPID!" mentality. Anyone who doesn't know anything about Glenn Beck, this one post tells you all you need to know.

Personally don't see anything wrong with vouchers (WA DC example, $7,500 voucher vs $15,000 per student in public school system, vouchers seem like a win-win for the school district), home schooling (several winners of National Geography Bee, Spelling Bee, etc have been from home schooling, plus the parents are still paying into the public coffers for education, another win-win for the local school district) charter schools (2 grandchildren that are flourishing in the smaller school environment rather than be lost in a high school student body of 2500 students, plus parents are deeply involved in the process, a win-win for society as a whole).
