we don't care about khalid sheik's health, we care about the law.  we care about a president who said we don't torture, who lied.

      morons.

Hey, Kilmeade. It's not that I care more about Khalid Sheik Mohammed than I do about keeping America safe. First off, there's no evidence that torturing anyone has ever kept America safe. You're assigning a false cause and effect here, just like Cheney does when he says that since we haven't had a foreign attack on our soil since 9/11, Bush is responsible for the lack of an attack. Secondly, it has absolutely nothing to do with me not wanting bad guys to be punished for their misdeeds. It's that the US should not torture people, even really bad people. Why? Because even really bad people are humans, and the USA doesn't torture humans, because it's inhumane and we as a nation agreed to not treat other humans inhumanely. What does it say about you that you're willing to torture another human being? That's what is objectionable here, you tool.

What these clowns don't understand is that by torturing people like this we have assured that it will happen to us in the future, and we've lost any moral high ground.

"fox and friends" is a childrens show, isn't it? why else would they have replaced a journalist (e.d. hill) with a marionette.

If torture works and Kilmeade likes Waterboarding so much then why did we have to do it 183 times in one month?  To hear them tell it waterboarding is the only thing between safety and millions of deaths.  It just seems like if something works so well than why would we have to do it 183 times.  It seems like Mohammed would have divulged tons of info on his first go round since the info provided is so reliable.  183 times seems like they weren't getting what they were looking for.

If he was waterboarded 183 times that pretty much proves that it doesn't work.
