Beck implores people to "stop with the lies" that carbon dioxide is a "poison"

Jeez this guy is dumber than a box of hammers.
Some facts for our factually-challenged right-wingers:
CO2 is toxic in higher concentrations: 1% (10,000 ppm) will make some people feel drowsy. Concentrations of 7% to 10% cause dizziness, headache, visual and hearing dysfunction, and unconsciousness within a few minutes to an hour.
See the toxicity portion of the primary Wiki:

You have to see the transparent effort of what this guy, and several others of late, are doing when they launch into an argument about CO2: they're distracting the debate away from TAILPIPE EMISSIONS, which is in truth both the thing that threatens our atmosphere, and the thing we can REGULATE... TAILPIPE EMISSIONS!
These people are as easy to see through as Granny's underwear: they're drawing you off into an obscure argument about CO2, when in fact it's all about TAILPIPE EMISSIONS, and the REGULATION thereof.
Well, before the last few days I had never heard anyone warn about carbon dioxide as a major threat either. Has the concentration of it in the air we breath really increased so much it's time to worry about it?
The stuff you guys are mentioning is carbon monoxide.
This anti-Earth Day from Beck is really moronic and childish. Say what you want about Earth Day (personally I won't do anything special that day), but this whole thing he is doing is ridiculous.
Everything is a poison.
The important variable is the level of toxicity.
Pure oxygen(95-100% of volume) will kill you.
CO2 needs to be about 7-10% to be deadly.
Some elements only need to be 5ppm to be toxic.
