      Kondracke's conclusion about what the public's reaction to the knowledge of attacks prevented is dead on , in light of the release of the reports about methods of interrogation, the results should also be released.  The American people are inherently fair and Obama's credibility as a fair minded person is on the line here too.

        Bullchit.

        There is no hard evidence that these methods kept us from being attacked again.  This isn't something that you can prove, and it's something that you have to prove in order to advance your argument.

          It's your arguement that is bullchit. Until the reports are released it is all speculation and since Tenet , Hatden and Blair , in addition to Cheney have said that info was obtained , it is imperative that they be released. You are just afraid of what they might say.

      Why not take on today's Wall Street Journal editorial directly? This editorial absurdly equates seeking justice for breaking the law with political revenge. And it says -- ignoring the fact that it is the Attorney General who decides, not Obama or Congress -- that Obama cannot both "placate the Left" and keep America safe. Why not go straight to the source?

      Of course, no one makes mention of how the right-wing idiots wanted Clinton's head on a platter, and spent the majority of the last of Clinton's term investigation him, all over a bj.
