"24", like Beck's conspiracy theories, or the Cult of Reagan, is fiction.

Oliver North traded weapons to Iran for hostages, making a mockery of Reagan's tough-guy "we will never negotiate with terrorists posturing. North took the profits from that illegal act and funded the anti-government Contras in Nicaragua, another illegal act. Treason is an American waging war against America. If North's actions are not treason, I don't know what is.

Geez, Prof. Harold Hill is off the rocker once again.  Doesn't he know Jack Bauer is just a FICTIONAL CHARACTER?!

Why not show that scene from Casino Royale when James Bond is being tortured.  Oh yeah.  Because he didn't crack.  In Hollywood (and Beck's head) only bad guys crack under torture.  And torturing a good guy makes you a bad guy but torturing a bad makes you a noble hero who's willing to do what the rest of us wimps won't do to save the good old USofA.
